This hotel has a private water taxi dock! It made arrival smooth. The front desk team was helpful. They answered every question I had. The included breakfast was delicious. There were many options available.
My room faced the street, it had considerable noise at night. I would ask for a room facing the canal next time.

the location was very convenient. it was close to many attractions. the breakfast on the terrace was nice. there was a good selection of food (especially the pastries!). the staff were friendly and helpful.
the room i booked was not the one i received. it was smaller than expected. the bathroom was also quite small. there was a strange smell coming from the canal nearby.

The breakfast was fantastic. Not just the food but the room as well. i sat on the balcony overlooking the canal with a perfect cappuccino and brioche. the room was also wonderful, as well as the good location. staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast staff was very helpful. I had a large selection of bread and croissants.
the room was very small, so i had to take a taxi everywhere.
